Padi House — Restaurant in Perak

Look, I have no problem with Padi House. They're an unassuming cornerlot restaurant that's been in business for years. With a pleasant decor and spacious seating, a welcoming environment is created.

Service is good. You are immediately attended to by staff and even the cashier if everyone else isn't available. Ordering is old-fashioned, done through the staff. No QR code hang-ups.

The food is alright if nothing special. Cafe food that's serviceable and looks the part. Local delicacies, western cuisines and pastas. Gets the job done. I ought to gripe at the prices bcos a simple chicken chop and drink will set you back about RM30+. There are some value options to ease the pain. Like the top-up RM4 for mushroom soup and watermelon juice during dinner hours.

Really love this place, quite a nice and cozy ambience. The place is bright and well lit. Foods are quite good and tasty, portions are quite big. The grilled salmon fish with pasta came with two piece of salmon, might be a lot for one person. Padi house chicken chop rice came had a lot of items in one plate. The beef cheese nachos was awesome, nice to munch while waiting for the food. Staffs were quite friendly and attentive. The lady staffs whom attended us could even recall the name of foods from just going thru the codes on the order bill, good memory. Padi House serves fushion food and there are lots of varieties that suit almost everyone who patronize this eatery.

They serve rice, pasta, chops & simple chinese cuisine which is pork free. Prices range between RM15 and RM40 per plate and drinks is between RM8 and RM15.

It has a cafe on first floor and serves some delicious cakes. Promotion is RM10 for a cup of beverage which is either latte, capuccino or English tea and it comes with a piece of cake.

Ample parking around the vicinity but kindly ensure you display the parking tickets as DBI enforcement officers are always lurking around to summon cars which don't have the tickets.
