Been here twice. The first one was amazing. We were served by this one boy, young, and particularly knows what he’s doing. But, my last visit for dine in, we were served by a female staff, malay, at around 7pm. I ordered for another add ons that is chargeable, however I was quite unsatisfied with the amount and the way she scooped the add ons on our sub. The gesture of her scooping was in a way like she didn’t care much that we can see the amount spread, also like she didn’t care it was not free. I would say the boy did a LOT BETTER, by the amount of add ons he served us. Not cheap at all. Please try to be prepared to serve us even on non-peak hour time and with a friendly gesture. It wasnt like we could not see how you hold the scoop to scoop our food that we paid for. Hence 3 star. Also when we got home, my brother showed me the cookies were given one half size. Had a craving for sandwich and went to Subway Medan Ipoh.

For first timers, you need to choose the type of bun and then the meat/chicken to go with it. Normal sandwich with one meat filling is RM12.50 and any additional meat/chicken filling will cost extra RM2.50.

The vegetables, comprising tomatoes, olive, cucumber, salad, onion and pickles can be added at no cost. Drinks cost RM3.00. They also have combos and specials that are displayed on the wall menu.

The staff are friendly and service was fast and efficient. The tables within the restaurant are clean and comfortable to have a meal there.

The service attitude is really bad, with an unpleasant tone. The portion sizes are small, and the sauce was given incorrectly. Especially that Chinese man with glasses—he shows no responsibility in making sure the customer’s order is correct, and he handles things carelessly. He only speaks English and pretends not to understand other languages, which gives me the feeling that he looks down on people.
