She was not helpful at all hence she showed her tantrums and attitude. We have made a online booking and she even unable to use the system to check. I dont mind if your receptionist goes for lunch or anything but atleast your hotel should have courtesy to make someone who was experience to sit at front desk! This is really disappointing.
