The taste of their broth wasn't quite the traditional pork stock as the dish was over saturated with the infusion of Shaoxing wine, with the end result being a clearer broth but very prominent in the taste of wine. The taste of the stock had an above par umami profile while keeping the saltiness slightly lower, which goes pretty well with their garlic vinegar chilli sauce, especially if mixed with soy sauce. However, they could've included a few more pieces of proteins as I counted 3 minced meat clumps, 1 meatball split in half, 3 slices of pork slices and 3 pieces of pork liver while sorely missing crispy pork lard. I'm also not sure if lettuce is the correct vege to be used here. The price charged was in line within this type of dining establishments.

Read moreI had ordered clam spicy sour soup noodles for myself and Yuet Po noodles for my mom. I ordered clam noodles is because of the reviews in google. However, not up to my standard. Clam didn’t clean well and kinda dry. Spicy sour soup quite spicy and didn’t really taste sour and very normal. Yuet Po noodles, taste very well. They served a fried egg as well. So far, this is the best Yuet Po fried egg I had compared to many other Yuet Po noodles soup. So and the Mi Xian, not too hard, not too soft, texture just nice. We might visit again to...

Went here with my family around breakfast time at 10am and they were already getting crowded!
We ordered the fish belly and fish head noodle soup. Their Ah Boy special soup was delicious! Their spicy soup option however is a little underwhelming.
Service can take a while when busy since they have a small staff but drinks are served fast.
The interior of the restaurant is very clean and they have a lot of plants and aquariums. 🌱
