Hi Kinta Bali, we had a horrendous stay at your property here last night, there were a few major issues here that you need to address.

Upon entering the room we found mosquitoes flying around and immediately went to close the window to prevent more from coming in, even though we killed every mosquito in sight throughout the night we were feeding mosquitoes now with bites all over our body. If I get a dengue I don’t have to think twice where it’s from. The WiFi does not work at all even after asking you staff to restart the modem, there is no internet connection even though the signal is full bar. Already a restless night because of the mosquito issue and a loud neighbor. At around 4:30am the power went off, we tried to look for staff and even try to look for your main switch to address this ourselves to no avail, when we call you there was no answer.

This is being very irresponsible as we have important work to do today and could not rest at all all night!! Utterly frustrated with our choice to stay with you and I have to bring this...

Worst experience..i already paid the booking through agoda..when i went there, the was an old man at the reception...he was so rude and not welcoming at all..he did not let me check in wih 2 adults and 3 kids..i asked to upgrade to bigger room but instead he asked me to pay extra rm50...i would have pay it if he was polite to me..but he was not...therefore i decided not to check in and just went back home in the middle of the night...not recommended at all..stay out of this hotel if you don't want to be...
