We came on a rainy Sunday at 7pm and the place is quite full because of spillover from the more famous restaurant few doors away. The old towkay was friendly. We can see they're a family run restaurant, a bit short of staff but overall ordering is smooth and food served was fast. We ordered simple dishes, gung po pork, chicken soup boiled in coconut, kamheong sotong, signature toufu and baby kailan. Chicken soup came in a coconut but was transferred into a serving bowl before our eyes, very delicious. Pork portion is big and although they have no cashew nuts, putting ladies finger in the dish enhanced the flavour. Baby kailan stir fried with carrots was delicious. Kamheong sotong also had pieces of long beans. I find that adding different vegetables very refreshing in the meat dishes.
