I don’t eat pearls so I order sparkling tea without pearls, but the cashier and workers insist cannot remove the pearls!😠 Why can’t your customer choose whether want Pearl or not, I don’t eat it! I am ok to pay with ori price although remove pearls but they don’t let me! Last time I can order it without pearls, no problem, now they say cannot. They say either I want it with pearls, or I cannot order the drink! Finally I am forced to order a coco drink and the milk powder inside haven’t melt yet too!
