Padi House Prima Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

Jue's appointment at IKN was running really late, so we decided to come here for lunch. We arrived here at 2:30 pm, and there was not much of a crowd, which was just perfect for Jue & Lid, as this was their first visit.

The Scarecrow was there to greet us as usual, and we felt comfortable immediately. Ani decided to join us this time, and today happens to be her birthday, so it was quite a celebration.

I ordered my favorite Grilled Lamb Cutlet with Rice, as usual.😋😋😋 Again, it was the first order to arrive...So, I guess I will stick to this on for a while...🤭..My wife loves Tom Yum, so the Tom Yum Fried Rice was her obvious choice. And...additionally, she even ordered both our meals to go for Najwa & Daniel...Lid asked for the Fried Hor Fun with Beef, without even knowing what it was!! Well, it turned out quite a nice surprise for him, as he really enjoyed the food..👍👍😊

Nasir had the Vegetarian Pasta, as he is trying to cut down on his meat consumption. Jue shared her Chicken Parmigiana with Abdul Rahman, and they seemed to be contented. So, I guess the same gang will be coming here again in...

Your staff Mr Rocky at Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya is very rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills as when we called him to give our order list to him, he just shut us off by saving he’s busy. And then when I called him later to confront about his actions, he started raising his voice. I told him to keep quiet when his customer is talking to him instead of intervening and I told him that I am going to raise a complaint against him and he said by all means thinking that Padi House would obviously disregard my complaint and do nothing to him.

My wife and I are a frequent customer here at this place but it seems like we might stop coming over here and I will ensure I write this same report in the trip advisor website as well letting people know how rude and impolite your staff Mr Rocky is.

Really really bad service. Wish I can give you guys a negative star but unfortunately there is isn’t...

It says to wait to be seated but after seeing lots of people just walk in, just walk in and find staff to seat you XD if you wait at the entrance to be seated, chances are you won't get a seat—

If you come later in the night, do be sure to confirm with staff if something is available or not because a lot of the items I ordered were unavailable and had to be changed.

The portions are big and for once, actually goes well with the price which is usually uncommon for restaurants with RM20+ pricings.

The meals are delicious but the drinks, not so much.

The ambiance is absolutely lovely. I'm not sure about during the day but at night there's a busker who sings right outside the place which kinda makes the ambiance even better. Don't forget to tip them tho ^^
