La Oombah² — Restaurant in Sepang

Very bad first impression. Was shouted at as soon as we entered. We just walked in from the other entrance because we parked coincidentally directly next to La Oombah2, was about to sit down then got shouted at by the manager(?) sitting at the cashier, asking why did we walk through their hallway, it was a misunderstanding I suppose, because we wanted to actually eat there. I understand maybe he said that out of frustration that many came in through their entrance but not come in to dine there. But please, work on your emotions and temperament because you just lost potential customers.

I agree, its partially our fault for overlooking and thinking that the door being wide open was permissible for entry, but I believe you could have handled the situation better. A nicer approach would do, you do not have to shout at potential customers like that. Trust me, you were not the only one scared, i got scared too when i was shouted and scolded at like that!

Anyways, since u mentioned a lot of people tend to walk through your hallway and not dine in, maybe its a food for thought that you should do something about that entry? Seems like it wasn’t just us who wasn’t aware we can’t...

Amazing Cyberjaya Gem!

First time ever dine in here, super authentic Italian cuisine hand made pizza. Read that some of the reviews said the pasta was bland etc, I believe the cook is keeping the authenticity of the food since original Italian pasta are supposed to taste like that - from personal experience (traveling etc).

PIZZA 9/10 Amazing pepperoni and margherita pizza, the crunchy crust kick was absolute love! The regular pizza that other conventional pizza places usually taste more tomato-ey rather than cheesy, but here, the taste are very balanced.

PASTA 10/10 AMAZINGGGG AUTHENTIC DELICIOUS!! Will definitely come here again for its aglio olio. The usual aglio olio I have had at other places are usually spicy because of the chilli flakes (i dont know why) but at La Oombah they kept the original taste and theres no chilli whatsoever. Yet they do provide chilli flakes for the customers in case you prefer to have it spicy.

CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/10 Great experience with the staff, very reasonable and understanding. We received our pizza around less than 20 minutes.

We were craving pizza and came across this place on Google Reviews.

First impression: the place seemed a bit dark and there were no people around so we were a little hesitant but decided to try anyway.

Ordered Beef Pepperoni Pizza, Mushroom Soup, Sprite, and Coke for only RM38. What a great price!

The food was good too. Everything was fresh and homemade. The pizza tasted so simple yet so good, and the best part is the crust isn't dry like how chain store pizza crusts are. There is a strong tomato taste with the sauce and the cheese pull was good too. The mushroom soup is also not one of those canned/powdered instant ones, this was really homemade and blended, the texture of the blended mushrooms and the creamy + herby taste were superb. The garlic bread given was tasty and crispy too! My only comment would be that the pizza tasted a bit oily, but other than that, everything was well priced and delicious.

We were served by two nice gentlemen who provided really great and fast service. Our order was ready within 10 minutes! Huge kudos to them 👏👏👏
