TPCB - The Permanent Choice Burger, Shaftsbury Square Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

It's situated on the 3rd floor, so if you're first time here, you won't see it from outside. Since its my first time here, I went for their signature burgers. Before that, the staffs are friendly, knows how to give recommendation. The place is casual and quiet. I ordered the TPChick and TPCheese sets. The first thing that I liked very much is the bun. Their brioche buns are really soft and fragrantly. You don't feel the dense bready feeling when biting into it. It's perfect. The beef patty is the mashed type. It is really good I must say. If you're hungry, probably go for the double patty. It's easy to bite and well cooked through. The fried chicken patty is amazingly crispy. Its perfectly cooked through. If I really need to pick on something to improve on, is probably to add more layers of the greens to properly balance it out. Lastly, the fries. The seasoned fries is the one to go for. Very nicely cooked, thick cuts.The paprika seasoning makes it perfect. There's 2 dipping sauce to choose, I tried both the TPC Sauce, and Honey Mustard. Personally I like the TPC Sauce more because I like spicy, just that I wish there's spicier version of sauce to choose from. This makes one of my top favourite...

The first thing you shouldn’t have to worry about is the price. Yes, it’s on the very high side for a single burger meal but they sure justify the price with the portions that you get and the feeling of satisfaction afterwards. Maybe a bit too expensive for the sides but the burger itself is nothing I’ve ever tasted before.

They make the burger fresh upon order and the TPC sauce is something you have to try. Don’t worry if it runs out because you can ask for more of it. Back to the burger, it was juicy, flavourful and most importantly generous for its serving.

The atmosphere is a bit dull but, hey, I can see that they are all about their burgers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean but not very noticeable from the outside. Aku bayar RM60+ untuk burger PLUS added sauce. Aku pergi topup kat dulang, then staff dia datang tegur dengan kasar. “Ini saya tak suka ni, ini membazir.” bila aku letak sos atas dulang dekat meja aku. Mungkin boleh tukar cara teguran dengan customer sebab sangat kurang ajar ya. Kalau nak tegur sos tak boleh bawak ke meja, cakap dengan cara baik, bukan menyindir sampai satu kedai dengar yang ‘kami membazir’. Sangat memalukan. Worst experience from a rude staff.

Kita bayar as a customer, sauce pun bayar, kata free topup. Jangan nak tegur kami macam kami mencuri sedangkan sauce kami bayar. Ada pula suruh kami untuk bayar extra charge lagi untuk sos kerana kononnya kami membazir, sedangkan sos sudah bayar.

Lain kali, letak clear sign yang botol sos tak boleh bawak ke meja.

Datang sini nak try sebab new branch from socmed. Will never come again.

TLDR : Menyesal makan 3 orang, malu kena tegur kasar sebab ambik sos yang free topup lepas bayar.. Avoid eating here, try the other branches.

ENG : So stingy with the sauces. I paid RM60+ for a burger PLUS added sauce. I went to the counter to take some sauce back to the table then one of the staff members approached me and rudely said ”ini saya tak suka ni, kan dah membazir”. bro I haven’t even eaten the sauce and you say I’m wasting? Perhaps he could change his way of addressing customers because their way of saying was so disrespectful? If he wanted to address the sauce issue, he could be more polite instead of making sarcastic remarks that the whole shop could hear, Extremely embarrassing. This was the worst experience due to a rude staff member.

We pay as customers, we even pay for the sauce, and they claim it's free to top up. The way he addressed us as if we were stealing when we've already paid for the sauce. He even told us to pay an extra charge for the sauce, accusing us of being wasteful, when we've already paid for it.

Next time, they should put up a clear sign that says the sauce bottles cannot be taken to the table.

Came here to try it out because of the new branch on social media. Will never come again.
