Bask Bear Coffee Shaftbury Cyberjaya (P1-28) — Restaurant in Sepang

I have noticed Bask Bear Coffee before but never tried it...and I read the review in Food Panda, where most of them gave a high rating so I decided to give it a try...I ordered cheezy crispy chicken toast and sea salt chocolate chip for breakfast...I was a bit sceptical when it comes to chocolate as some of the coffee shops were so good in preparing coffee, but not so much for chocolate...but since I don't drink coffee, I had to choose sea salt chocolate chip to accompany my toast.

Waiting time was around 20 minutes, probably because there were many people ordering online and I didn't mind as I understand that it may take some time to prepare the toast...but I was worried about my drinks, as it was an iced drink and the taste might not be good if they didn't serve it early.

My order finally arrived and the toast looked great, and quite big actually so plus point to that...but I was still worried about my drinks as it seemed like the ice was already melting...my guess that it might not taste great by now.

but I was wrong, it was soooo nice! the chocolate was thick, but not sweet and you can munch on the chocolate chips while you drink it...but the sea salt taste was not really there.

as for the toast, I actually liked it! the bun tasted sooo good and buttery, and the fillings were nice too...except maybe if they melted the cheese a bit more then it would be better.

overall, I loved it and would recommend this place...yes, it's a bit on a pricey side but once in a while, I think it's okay...and the staff were nice so plus point on...

No wonder this outlet has really LOW RATINGS. THE WORST BASK BEAR I’VE BEEN TO. There were 4 staffs, FOUR. But they were too busy chatting with each other. And they were really loud i tell you. When i asked how should i know if my order is ready, the girl said they’ll call out the order. but when my order was ready, the guy with the glasses only put my order on the counter expecting me to know that it’s mine???? Without saying a word??? The girl wasn’t even concern about how long I’ve waited and if my order is ready she just keeps on chatting nonsense with her colleagues. When the guy noticed that I’ve been looking at them, he finally called out my order. But that’s not all, they didn’t give me a straw HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA i regret buying here. Beza kalau beli dengan Zus, busy macam mana pun dorang buat kerja dengan laju bukan...

hi bb coffee shaftbury cyberjaya, im here to complain abt my previous order. to tht one akak yg take my order this morning, idc wht u going through today, butt pls do yr job dulu baru layan yr perasaan yang nak marah or wht. if u said u kekurangan staff this morning, issit yr customer prob? im not saying customer always right, but the way u served yr customer w tht tone n w tht face??? speechless saya kakk. just pls improve yr customer service skills, im scared i hv to dislike my white peach tea milkshake...
