[July 2023] Morning crowd is massive. And more options to choose. They have some off menu items in the morning. So dont rush to order everything from the system. Hold on for a bit. They will be serving off menu items manually and take it if you are interested. They have salted egg chicken, yam basket with stir fry filling, cham pastry etc etc... looking fantastic.
Fried yam pastry: a little too overfried. Filling is actually red beancurd minced meat. Not so much to my preference. I was expecting the char xiu filling version.
Lo Mai kai Glutinous rice: very soft texture. And very moist and juicy. Suitable for old folks. Slightly smaller portion compared to the ordinary ones. But a bit geli for those prefer the drier and chewy texture.
Scallop shrimp dumplings: i see improvement on this. They gave slightly bigger scallop, at least i see half piece of scallop now. And there's little seafood soup essence at the dimsum bottom..so delicious. Juicy and fresh.
Mixed seafood dumplings: a bit oversteamed. The prawn went a little too overcooked and hard. Filling became difficult to chew. And the dough skin kinda thick.
Bamboo fungus shrimp dumpling: NOT recommended. Felt like got cheated. It's more like pork dumpling than shrimp dumpling. Mostly filling are pork base. And bamboo fungus is a gimmick. Only half an inch to garnish the end of dumpling. Assuming as if it's another variety.
[May 2023] My review as in, if this a place to promote hong Kong dimsum, it will not spike any of my interest to visit Hong Kong. 😂😂
Usually quite packed in the weekend morning session. Do visit at dinner session for a more quieter and relaxing ambience. Order system is thru qr code scanning, place order and wait for it to be served to your table.
Stir Fry radish cake: not good. Not fried properly. Overall radish cube is mushy and sticky. More beansprout than radish cake.
Fried eggplant: kesian look. Dry and seems kept for long duration. They will just heat it up for you before serving. Generally texture is still acceptable.
Prawn dumpling: prawn is fresh and decent size. But dumpling skin a bit too thick.
Scallop with prawn dumpling: it is just a fancy name. Super thin slice of scallop garnish on a prawn dumpling, and special shape to make it wow. So so. Rather eat prawn dumpling je la...
Chee Cheong fun: texture is smooth and slippery. It just glides into your throat. Nice. And taste awesome with the dry sambal. The prawn one tastes better than char siu meat option. Just my personal preference.
Egg Custard bun: taste quite good. Custard did oozed out well. Can do better cuz still a bit clumpy inside....
Read moreOverall summary 3.5/5: Solid choice for dim sum. if you're willing to overlook a potentially long wait, the delicious dim sum makes this place worth a visit.
The food 4/5: This restaurant is a great spot for dim sum lovers. The dim sum is consistently fresh and flavorful, with the har gow and siu mai being true highlights. They're both tender and delicious, living up to the restaurant's reputation.
The value 4/5: Value for money since the food is nice and decent portion.
Environment and Atmosphere 3.5/5: The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, but it gets very busy, so be prepared to wait in line, especially at lunchtime.
Service 2/5: The staff is welcoming, but our food took a while to arrive even when the restaurant wasn't full. It was also surprising that we had to ask for spoons. While the QR code ordering is efficient, I do miss the traditional dim sum carts where you could pick and choose your dishes as they came by. Perhaps offering both ordering methods would be a...

Customer service is good. The staffs are helpful. Food tastes good 😋
Visited again this outlet for dim sum dinner meal! Added into our meal with Portugese Tart (wish to try it & see the difference between egg tart). As usual we also ordered dim sum, har gaw & fried turnip cake!
Of course, carrying the brand "Jing Xuan" one of the tip-top dim sum chain restaurant nationwide, the price here can be at a high side but it's worth for money, still 🤭, hopefully the quality continue to hike up or at least being maintain from time to time....
