Very poor service!!
We went to this outlet for iftar which we have booked 3 days early for 10pax, with 3baby chairs. But on the day, we arrived to get 8pax table, no baby chairs because according to them-first come first serve basis.
Im okay with that rules but the fact they did not inform/confirm when they were texting me to get my orders was unacceptable. Mind you, 8 pax table very cramped for 10 pax with 3kids. On top of that, our order that we ordered 3 hours earlier before iftar was not ready. Not only the dishes, but the rice too. We have been asking for the rice back n forth for almost 10 times. Most of the tables got their additional rice while we dont get our main dish yet and the table next to ours were even finished their iftar already.
When we complaint, the cashier answer was it is a mistake from HQ? Whatever it is, i had to give a feedback here because they did not react to my whatsapp and social media.
So whoever wants to eat here, please think twice as the foods are good but the service was very bad. I would rather go to other nasi padang with...
Read moreThe food is far too salty — every single dish is excessively salty! Eating food this salty is a surefire way to get high blood pressure. On top of that, all the dishes were already cold because they had been left on display behind the glass counter for too long. Yes, there’s a microwave, but next time please make the effort to reheat the food properly.
As for the lime or preserved lime drink, it feels like a scam. There’s hardly any actual juice — the glass is filled more than halfway with ice instead. This is dishonest business practice. May this place close down soon if this continues!
I have already complained to the cashier about how salty the food is. The cashier even admitted that it’s true because they’ve eaten it themselves and found it just as salty. They also said they’ve informed the cook multiple times, but nothing has ever been done about it. Such a shame. This would be my first and last coming here. For the record, I don't mind paying more for good food. But this restaurant food really bad! Don't come here. Go eat Padang food...
Read moreHad lunch here with my family today, and it truly felt like a little taste of Indonesia! We went for the Set Nasi Lauk, where you order your drinks, and they’ll serve your meal along with the rice straight to your table.
Our selection included pucuk ubi, sotong, ayam kalio/gulai, gulai urat keting, terung tempe bilis, and sambal hijau—all packed with rich, flavorful spices. The portion was just nice for four people, and everything tasted amazing! For drinks, we had avocado alpukat, mango juice, teh o ais, and teh o ais limau—refreshing and perfectly complementing the meal.
The restaurant environment is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with friendly staff and quick service. Parking was also easy, which is always a plus in Shah Alam. The total bill came to RM103.50, slightly on the pricier side, but for the quality and authenticity, it’s worth trying at least once!
If you’re craving real-deal Nasi Padang, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend &...
