âââââ Poor Service, Poor System, Poor Experience at ZUS Coffee Seksyen 13 Shah Alam
I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. I simply asked for the Wi-Fi password, but the staff responded extremely slowly and without clarity. When I had to ask another staff member, she raised her voice and gave me an annoyed look. It was an unnecessarily rude response for such a simple request.
The wait time for orders was also frustrating. I ordered via the ZUS app, but never received a notification when my drink was ready. It had been sitting on the counter without anyone informing me. Whatâs the point of using the app if the staff donât communicate and the system doesnât work properly?
Another customer, who paid extra for whipped cream, waited so long that she gave up and took her drink without it. This shows poor coordination and serious delays, even for simple orders.
Worse still, the kitchen area was messy. I saw tissues piled up near the blender used to make butter cream â very unhygienic. My own drink tasted noticeably different from what I usually get at other ZUS outlets. It felt like the staff didnât make it with care, possibly due to the chaos and pressure caused by an unorganised ordering system.
This outlet clearly prioritises delivery and food riders over dine-in customers. As someone who came in person, I felt completely neglected. ZUS needs to manage order intake better and not let in-store customers suffer just to maximise online sales.
I hope ZUS management takes this seriously. Train your staff, clean your workspace, fix your systems, and respect your customersâ time. Until then, I wonât be returning to this outlet â and I canât recommend...

As they delivered my drinks, the staff said we will call your name once the food was done. But after 45 minutes, I had to ask them for the cake myself. THEN ONLY the staff prepared it.
