I recently visited Khulafa Mamak with a few friends. While we enjoyed our meal and were ready to pay individually, I had a disappointing experience at the counter. A man who came before us was standing in line, and as each of my friends paid, I was the last to settle mine.
While I was paying, I overheard one of the staff speaking rudely in Tamil to the cashier, questioning why we couldn’t just pay together. What he didn’t realize was that I understood Tamil — and the tone was unnecessarily disrespectful. It made me feel uncomfortable and judged for no reason.
I had only ordered 2 chapati, 1 telur rebus, and teh O kurang manis, and I paid for ais kosong for my friend. But I was wrongly charged for teh ais, which none of us ordered. My bill came up to RM14.00, which didn’t match the order.

Wife choose to eat Nasi Putih with ayam goreng, same also the ayam is quite cold, restaurant might consider to use steam to ensure the food at the warm temperature.
Reason why I gave 1 star is because we found out that there are telur lalat at several spot on my wife ayam goreng.
I think that will be my last time I will eat there.
