Dear Management Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant today.. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly detracted from my dining experience.
Firstly, I would like to address the issue of late food delivery. Despite placing my order in a timely manner, there was an unacceptable delay in receiving 2 of my meals. This not only inconvenienced me but also affected the overall enjoyment of my dining experience with my family.
Furthermore, to my dismay, some of my order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong table. This mix-up caused unnecessary confusion and further prolonged my wait for the correct order!!!!
To compound matters, when I brought this error to the attention of your staff, they appeared UNWILLING to acknowledge the mistake .
As a loyal customer of your establishment, I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail, both of which were sorely lacking during my recent visit.

Read moreI used to go to their outlet in Bangi, and I love their sushi and Tan Tan Ramen. Today I went to this branch for lunch. I noticed they have some new dishes on their menu. I tried one called Mapo Tofu Ramen because, from the image, it looked so nice, plus the 4 chilli symbols indicated that it was supposed to be spicy. But when I tasted the ramen, all I could taste was sweetness, the kind that you wouldn't expect from a ramen. It has a hint of spiciness, probably because I have a high tolerance towards spicy food, but the sweetness overpowered the 'spiciness'. This is very misleading! The information on the menu contradicts the actual dish. I was incredibly disappointed, yet I still managed to finish it because I don't like to waste food. Went there twice & the second time with my baby. It’s a busy day & all of us are hungry including my 9 months old baby. I asked my husband to by fruit (banana) at a shop next to the restaurant. The waiter asked us to put it away since Outside food is not allowed. Then we asked if there any menu for the baby? She gave us the menu & showed us the kids menu.
I asked her 3x “it’s for the baby” She had the audicity to suggest the unsuitable menu & still insist not allowing us to feed the baby with the banana that we just bought.
Since we already ordered , all of us wait for the food but i left with my baby to our car So that i can feed him.
We can understand the policy but have please have some empathy.
