Shafura Hotel 1 — Hotel in Terengganu

Kinda of reasonable for it price..1 night for RM98..The hotel provide a good hospitality, but i really hope they can do some improvement. The first that impress me is the hotel outside deco and the shower room. First i stayed at room 6 then i asked them to me to another room since the aircond are not function properly. But even in the new room(room 4), the room did not feel cold even i dropped the aircond temperature to 16°C. So, please service your aircond. Even i can tell that it is out of gas. Change your towel to another batch. I'm sure that the hotel wash the towel but right now all the towel have a brown stain on them and they looked old. So if you don't have an ability to maintain white towel, change your hotel towel to another colour. There are other issues but only this two irked me the most.. Would i...

Went outside after checked in and came back at 12am (11/05/2020). The door was locked WITH NO receptionist available. Rang the bells, called the business line of course there was no answer as no receptionist. The temperature outside was hot and i stood there for a good 15min++. I was soaked with my own sweat! Check your CCTV and you can see me there.

I got in because i knocked (more like heavily tapped) the glass door and luckily there was a guy living in the room nearby receptionist heard me. He helped me to get into the hotel. We were both clueless as there was no staff there.

You can go do whatever you want but what the hell. At least leave your private number so people can contact you! Whoever the staff was, you dont deserve...

This is a budget hotel with comfort! I booked this hotel via AGODA - DELUXE KING ROOM for RM98 per night with nature view. The room given is at upper floor (no lif facilities), corner room number G.

The size of the room is relevantly okay. We have a space to perform our prayer.

Most importantly is the BED.. It's BIG and SUPER COMFY. And they are very GENEROUS with pillows and cushions!

Good WIFI connection. FREE PARKING.

#The only set back - the towels are a bit aged. You may ask for a new ones.
