Hotel Marina Kemaman — Hotel in Terengganu

In the heart of the small town, the front desk receptionist are not as friendly as he seems , talk very rudely when we told him we were bringing our bicycle into his property , and maybe he could suggest a place for us to store it , incase if we put it on the streets would get stolen. he said we should buy a chain and lock it on the street , excuse me! u expect me to put my Rm30k Road bike and lock it using a iron chain on the street , and expect no theft? we were asking nicely , but the way he talk was totally unacceptable, but we weren't looking for a fight , so we manage to find a place in the hotel and put it aside, and he agree with it. but the attitude going on with him is definitely a big no no, Bed sheet stained, no Shampoo ,bathroom were filthy, Air conditioning were old and noisy, it was a terrible night for...

when we arrived at the hotel, my friend said that this hotel smelled of cockroaches and when we checked in there were really big cockroaches. asked uncle to help remove the cockroaches but uncle came with mosquito spray. when the cockroaches are sprayed, the cockroaches disappear somewhere. a few seconds later a small cockroach came out. we are not willing to stay in that hotel. uncle wanted to give us another room but we were still traumatized and decided to change hotels. only the deposit is returned.
