This hotel deliberately oversold not only our room, but others that arrived at the same time as well. We were left outside in the heat with no information being provided, being ignored by all staff and blatantly lied to. It has been three hours and there still has been no resolution from anybody.
First I was told there was a technical problem. I asked why we weren’t told so we had the chance to go to the beach or get lunch and come back. We were finally informed after probing them they had oversold our room and blamed the fact management changed three months ago, despite me emailing twice and calling twice just yesterday. We were collected from the port & asked to complete check in paperwork so had no inclination that anything was wrong for hours. 90 minutes after being told this, we keep being told ‘wait 5 minutes’ again and again as well as thousands of abysmal excuses like ‘I wasn’t working last night so couldn’t check’ as though only one staff member holds the key to all information or ‘we don’t know about the rooms until after we collect the guests’ - whether that’s true or not, it’s the most deceitful and disorganised excuse for a hotel I have ever come across.
So much for having a short relaxing stay in a ‘nice’ hotel after a long week at sea diving!! This experience has completely ruined our holiday. Save yourself the frustration and DONT WASTE A CENT at this appalling organisation who prioritises people pre-booking tour packages as well as a room over those who booked months in advance. There is a major electricity issue. On the second night of our stay there was barely any electricity the entire night and we couldn’t sleep. The curtains have stains on them . The lampshades have fungus on them. There was drilling work done in our room balcony without our permission and the house keeping staff was rude when we asked them to clean and change the bed sheets because of the dirt. Towel rack broken and cannot be used . Paint peeling off from the ceiling . The air conditioner in one room is not efficient at all. The breakfast is everyday served cold and every alternate day the same menu is given. One person from the housekeeping staff is extremely rude. No lights in the corridor at night . Horrible Wi-Fi service . Pillow torn . NO HOT water to have a shower. My kids got cold because they had to have bath with cold water.
They claim 24 hr room service - it’s not there . Claim that the rooms have ironing boards - nothing is there . Toiletries is only tissue rolls and shampoo and shower gel.
In short this property cannot rate itself as 4 star in any angle . I wouldn’t even give this place a 3 star. Attaching the pics for ur reference .
Extremely disappointed . For the kind of properties I have stayed at and this it’s no where close to 4 star. I feel I have wasted all my money here and ruined my vacation. Please don’t waste ur money here .

Read moreI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues with the room’s air conditioning. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and failed to cool the room. Despite raising the issue with the hotel manager multiple times, he insisted that the air conditioning was working fine. However, when I asked one of the hotel staff members to inspect it, he confirmed that it wasn’t cooling the room at all.
I later reported this issue to my booking agent, and the manager’s response was extremely unprofessional. He remarked that guests should be “in a DEEP FREEZER,” which is both inappropriate and disrespectful. Such behavior towards a guest is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that the manager lacks the basic professionalism and customer service skills needed to handle complaints appropriately.
I strongly advise anyone considering booking this hotel to ensure that the air conditioning in your room is functioning properly before finalizing your stay. While the location may have its merits, the lack of attention to basic amenities and the unprofessional attitude of the staff left much to be desired.
In addition, during my stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options that made for a satisfying start to the day. However, when it came to dining later in the day, I was quite disappointed with the pizza. Despite the high price, the quality didn’t meet expectations—it lacked flavor and didn’t seem worth the cost.
