Coco - Lounge — Hotel in Cancún

We arrived at the hostel at night. We saw some people inside and called them. It took them several minutes to open the door... Inside they were all badly under the influence of drugs and alcohol. One person even passed out??? They took us to the room without checking in. They didn’t want to because they were wasted. They told us to do it the day after. The room was in one word DISGUSTING!!!! It had bedbugs and coackroches inside. The room had the smell of a wet dog mixed with the smell of the toxic exterminator that was still in the room! We got blankets for the beds that were smelly and had holes in it. The walls, the ground, the beds, the blankets, everthing had blood on it caused by people slapping all the bugs. We were NOT sleeping there so we left and slept in a hotel closeby. The hostel is not like it looks online. This is A BIG SCAM. One star is the minimum but this is not...

I do NOT recommend this place. The owner is rude and lazy. He was drunk and stoned and didn't care to let us in. The pictures on google maps are not in line with reality. We found a lot of cockroaches and bedbugs in the room. An exterminator with chemicals was still In the room and caused a horrible smell... The toilets and showers are old and smelly... The room was discusting. Do not sleep here!!! Also no water in the swimming pool... do NOT sleep here. Zero...

That is a great pleace, where you can feel like in home. Everybody are open to help you, whatever you need. Breakfast (which is included) is diferents every day and definately is great! When I was there we had also dance party in the night! Clean room and bathroom, kitchen, hamaks, a lot of fun...
