Filthy stained sheets, with several different types of stains, we couldn’t believe it. Grubby room with hairs everywhere. Asked for sheets to be changed, better but still stained a little bit. Turned off the light and it flickered. Requested to move rooms. Again sheets a little stained but room was cleaner. Towels yellow and threading. Stayed here as part of a tour for 2 nights. It’s in a great location for walking and exploring the town, close to restaurants and cafes, churches, main square etc ||The hotel room was basic and dated decor, but served its purpose to sleep, although not the comfiest bed. The wifi works in the central court yard, however this can be noisey if people are chatting and you’re trying to sleep. ||Fine if you’re one who only sees the...

Staff are very good, laundry service was great value.||This suited us, a clean basic hotel with hot water and wi-fi and a good location just off the main pedestrian only street, Guadelupe. ||We walked in off street mid-week and got a great deal.
