Restaurante Miura — Restaurant in Chiapas

This is a review related to the hamburger takeout. Generally it was good, but i would not call it a hamburger - rather a sandwich with minced meat. Meaning all hamburgers of decent quality i ate so far had the meat patty as "solid" object and one had to use teeth/knife to consume it; in this case there was just a portion of mince meat (good flavor) but not in the form of patty that held together in the expected hamburgery fashion. If they would rename it as mentioned above i would be completely fine, but i cannot say that i actually had a burger in this case ... Ohh and yes,...

We ate at this restaurant 4 times, twice at the beginning of our month long tour of Mexico and twice at the end of our visit. The experience was utterly wonderful from the very friendly staff to the expertise of the top notch chef who not only prepared our glazed salmon and stuffed chicken breast perfectly but also presented the meals beautifully. In addition, we were treated to the warmth of a heater which was placed near our table. This is a restaurant not to miss when in San Cristobal de las Casas! Vicki and Michel...

I went with my mother in law and an aunt in August, I just have to say te service was really good they were so attentive! We ordered a lot of plates ☺️ and each one was was made on point and the taste was 👌🏼 excellent. I order the rib eye medium rare and all I can say it was delicious, the Tuétano was also delicious, we thank the chef and he was so kind to go to our table and chat with us, thank you for a really great experience. If I'm ever in San Cristobal I will definitely be back ! Recommend...
