Do not stay in this hotel and beware of the low rates. I stayed several nights at this hotel and everything was a disaster. I arrived at 2:30 p.m. and checked in with Alejandra at the front desk and she told me to "sit and wait until check in time at 3:00" even though my room was cleaned and ready for check in. So I waited with 3 other groups of people. I asked Alejandra for a handicap accessible room, and she said "we have a lot of guests in wheelchairs in the hotel" (I did not see a single guest in a wheelchair). As soon as the clock struck 3:00 p.m. she allowed us to check in. I was assigned a room (319) and the room (along with the entire hotel) had so many issues. I asked Alejandra for 5 days for washcloths she had excuses no wash cloths. The gasket in the shower was sticking out (see pic) and I called for maintenance 3x nobody ever showed up. Alejandra kept telling me "I called him already". There was water leaking from the shower everywhere and made an annoying noise. I had a horrible view and for five days I was starring out the window at the back of the neighboring hotels run down pipe system (see pictures) and I kept asking Alejandra for a room change for which she never helped me. There was a couple checking in and they asked Alejandra to be assigned to a new room because it had mold and smelled like mold she told them "I cant give you a new room". The sink was also clogged and again no maintenance person ever showed up. The over bed lights were broken/loose and one was hanging downward while the other simply didn't turn on (see pictures). Comforter was dirty with red lipstick from a previous guest. The room is full of scuff marks all over the place and maintenance does not keep the walls repainted or cleaned up (see pics). The windows are sealed shut in all the rooms so it's very musty and moldy smelling in all the rooms/hotel (see pics). In the morning my window would condensate and the room smell and felt very uncomfortable and I would not open a window (see pic). The hallways are very loud. The type of doors and lack of sound seals they do not have provide absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever. Did not get any sleep. The TV didn't work so I just played music from my phone I did not even bother calling Alejandra at the front desk. I asked Alejandra every single day for 5 days if she could move me to a different room and she replied, "check back at 1:00 p.m I don't know who is checking out at this time". In the gym there were 3 broken, non working machines. No weights or resistance training equipment. I asked Alejandra about the tread mill machine she said it was working fine just needed to plug in, it was plugged in but buttons broken (see pics). The bike seat was completely torn and unsafe to use (see pics). Also, the dining room chairs are torn and beat up (see pics). The "security" uses the bar area to have breakfast during working hours and eats at the bar dressed in regular clothes with no ID or name tag and serves himself food from the guests breakfast buffet. Rooftop again, there is a bar which is not ever attended. The glass around the pool has never been cleaned (see pics). There is no restaurant on site no room service. Also, there are no restaurants next to the hotel. You have to cross 6 lanes of streets with no legal cross walks with cars blowing at 60 mph (see pics). It's extremely dangerous. No pedestrian access at all. Also no sidewalk in front of the hotel so you are stepping on a small trail of dirt that is filled with run off water/dirty water and outgrown shrubs (see pics). They have a stairway access to the hotel buy there is a Mexican fan palm tree that has outgrown so bad its blocking the stairway so guest cant access the hotel (see pics). The lobby bathrooms are a mess, there was always a huge puddle of water on the floor from a leak. The soap for hand washing was expired and had a layer of mold at the very top (see pics). Outside the elevators, they don't place trash cans for guest and they throw trash on top of the fire extinguisher (see pics) which is on the floor.||||Their breakfast is decent and their kitchen staff works hard. They serve 2 kinds of chilaquiles (red and green see pictures) and re fried beans, fresh fruit, scrambled egg with hot dog and cereal/bread along with coffee and tea. There is a young boy who works setting up the breakfast food and he is an excellent worker.||||Finally, the hotel has a "Comfort Inn" shuttle. It's my understanding that hotel shuttles are for helping transport guests. The manager needs to put in a schedule where both staff and guests can be accommodated with local shuttle service and not use the hotel van exclusively to transport staff.||||Overall, I would never stay in this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone. It's very poorly run and maintained. They need to retrain or get rid of their front receptionist Alejandra along with...

Read moreWhere to begin? Non-existent WiFi. Unable to regulate temperature in room, unable to change fan speed from high.Fan blows directly at head of bed. No bath mat. Even worst chain hotels have a bath mat so you don't step out of a wet shower onto a tile floor. Very unsafe. Only 2 towels, no face towel or hand towel. 2 large cracks in glass shower door the entire length of the door. At 2am,one nightstand detached from the wall and fell to the floor. Shocking! I called security to show them. Tile floor was filthy. after just a few hours in room, the bottom of my feet were filthy. I have photos to verify all these shortcomings but they were too large to share here. Breakfast was a joke. Chips and salsa were good. Scrambled eggs with sausage was barely warm. Refried beans were so runny that if you tilted the plate,it would spill off the plate. I visited in November 2020 and had none of these issues. Avoid...
