The is such a great boutique hotel. Clean, quiet. Breakfast is best! Friendly service. Room clean. Infinity pool is amazing. Landscaping super nice. Tips: bus comes every 20-30 minutes. You literally cannot cross that freeway. Driveway falling apart from rain and mudslide. Do NOT call a taxi from reception they will try to rip you off. 350-400 peso round trips for 800 pesos and call a misunderstanding when clearly trying to take advantage. Why Uber exists and preferred. Uber wasnt a 100 peso or $5 USD was usually $6.5-10 or 130-210 ride. There is a grocery store at Marina mall that we stocked up on sushi, don't get the pizza pretty gross, pastries for 10-20 pesos. Their is a food court in mall between pricer bars and restaurants, the 2 scoops of ice cream for 105 pesos but looks like gelato and the grande sized ice cold juices for 55 pesos at the place La B...something was such a treat!!! Los Patios has a swim pool towel system, cute courtyard, bar, restaurant i didnt see anyone enjoy but is there, luggage storage, a balcony that can see just 1 of those famous cabo rocks, freshly made eggs anyway you request them, water tastes clean nonchlorinated, and English speakers or use phone translations for those that need that. I would def stay here again and enjoyed not having to do huge resort walking and atmosphere for half our week here. The pool is 4.75 feet deep and warm. The hotel is weird spot, not walkable during our time because rain puddles cars splashing and in mostly non paved dirt road. If you are coming from the marina side of freeway you have to go quite a bit past hotel to take exit to turn around. Seems like your right there near Costco and Walmart but not sure...

We arrived in Cabo a day early and needed a place to stay for one night. I found Los Patios Hotel via the Southwest airlines website to earn extra rapid reward points.||Before arriving, we asked about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They recommended taking the "Ruta del Desierto" bus which stops in front of the hotel. Since we had extra luggage and golf clubs, we took a cab. If you don't have much luggage and want a good deal, the bus is a great option.||The hotel is located between Costco and Walmart. There are some restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We took a short Uber ride to Walmart to stock up on supplies for the week.||The hotel is really cute and very clean, and was decorated for Christmas. |Our room was on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. There is no elevator. Since we had so much stuff it was quite the workout checking in and out.|The bathrooms have a shower but no tub. We had one bed, one lounge chair, a desk, mini frig, tv, and hammock on balcony.|The courtyard has a pool, hot tub, with lots of seating. There is a bar and restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. We had margaritas after checking in, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast included a choice of two options, along with toast, juice and coffee. As a gluten free vegan, the only food option at breakfast was fruit. My husband enjoyed his chilaquiles.|The staff was really kind and very helpful with answering our...

For anyone considering staying here and you have no other choice - please take note of the following detail. I wish we had the benefit of this info beforehand. DO NOT allow them to check you in to rooms on the West wing of the hotel. Literally half the hotel on all levels from 15-21 stack are uninhabitable due to a faulty water heater pump. The pump creates a tremendous BANG all day & all night. Literally 1-2 BANGS EVERY MINUTE, non stop. ||||When management was confronted, they admitted that it's an ongoing problem that cannot be fixed. When we asked the front desk agent about it, the manager walked away rather than addressing the problem. She returned when we insisted that we speak to the manager. She asked if we wanted to change rooms. When we said we were checking out, she offered us a free stay next time. Then she proceeded to blame the check in agent for giving us the room. Why would you blame your staff for renting a room that is not on down status? She admitted that they rent the rooms when the hotel is full. Wow. Management clearly has no regard for their staff or guest comfort. Why would we come back to this hotel? ||||We gave it a chance because it is the sister property of the Hotel Catedral in La Paz, which we stay at least once per month. It's a shame because this place has potential, if it weren't for for...

OMG, what a hidden gem. Its nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a low key place to stay, that is within your budget, close to the downtown Cabo San Lucas area you might want to consider this jewel. I stayed here 4 days, and enjoyed this place. It is located just off the highway, and thus you are about 1 mile from the beach (remember there are not a lot of places to swim in Cabo) and no way to get to the beach. There is a nice pool to take a dip and refresh yourself. Note, you will not hear the traffic noise being so close to the highway. Our room had 2 queen size beds, a TV, AC, and bathroom. All of these worked as expected. The maid service was daily and the place can get busy. The staff was always very helpful, courteous, and professional. There is one obvious draw back, there is NO elevator, but I found the stairs easy to negotiate, others may not. If you are the latter, think about requesting a room on the first floor. Final, our room and price was accompanied by morning breakfast. Note, the 2 pictures of food where the plates i ordered from the on-site restaurant - tortilla soup, and nachos.

Well it’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. It’s more like a motel. Rooms are big & bathroom also. But the rooms really need renovation. Doors are in a pitiable condition. And if you are on the ground then be prepared for all the noise from people in swimming pool. Breakfast is included n parking is free. A big shout out to Mr. Alfredo. He was so helpful & fluent in English.
