Well darn.

Guess what. A timeshare salesman. I knew the timeshare pitch was coming when, early in my meal, he asked, "what do you have planned for tomorrow?"

The manager could not leave well enough alone and just allow me to eat my dinner. He could not let me get up and leave without a timeshare pitch. when I told him I was not interested in seeing pictures, he brought the iPad to show me pictures. He offered the discounts and the freebies.

Somehow I thought that by stopping at a restaurant off the highway rather than eating on the Cabo San Lucas Marina I would have a momentary reprieve from the timeshare salesman.

Wow, what a restaurant! This place was recommended by one of the American workers From real Baja tours. We were reluctant to leave the carbo district to find a place to eat but we were so glad we did. The beers were cold and they had the best shrimp tacos in town! We would definitely recommend this place as the food was fresh and the Atmosphere was amazing. Authentic Mexican food at authentic Mexican prices. Heading out of town, especially Cabo, you do save a lot of money. A short and cheap Uber trip was worth it. We stopped for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. The menu offered omelets, eggs, and mixtures with eggs. I was hoping for tacos, not a big fan of eggs. I was going to settle for pancakes, but the waiter saw my hesitation and asked what I wanted, I told him tacos. He asked the chef/cook, and I was able to order tacos. I had the Taco Tijuana and the Taco Costra de Asada. Both excellent!! The waiter brought us two silver dollar sized pancakes to try, yummy!! We ordered coffee and got the homemade version brewed for the staff, strong with cinnamon, it was great! There appears to be a big restaurant by the same owner in downtown Cabo.
