Dangerous-we visited 7-11-2021 Riu Santa Fe in Cabo, Mexico. Do not ride these dangerous slides. My bro in law rode on the fast slide, he came out the second opening to the left in picture. He followed instructions and crossed his arms but he hit the pool bottom so hard his heels were unable to bear any weight. He weighs 195 and is 5’9 the slides are intended for adults. The pool should be deeper so you avoid impact when coming down the slide. He felt he hit a drain-definitely the bottom of the pool... The hotel staff was not helpful they literally wheeled us to reception and asked us for the wheelchair back. Poor guy can’t even stand, let alone walk, then we asked them for a ground room so we don’t have to struggle with his injury. When we get wheeled to room we try to move him to chair and it breaks at that point we decided to leave this unsafe hotel. They wanted to charge us a day’s stay after being there for a couple of hours and having our vacation ruined. You are better off going elsewhere and avoiding this poorly engineered water slide and...
