I can agree with most reviews that the place is beautiful but the service is really awful, no one gives you a greeting upon entry, you have to look for a waiter to get your order taken, service is so very slow, food to me is overpriced not that great, coffee is not that great and they charge you for extra refills, it's not handicap friendly or children friendly, my two year could barely reach the table they don't offer a baby seat or booster seat or even have a children's option on the menu.
Also I asked for orange juice for my daughter she dropped it I literally had to clean it up no one came or offered to clean or help they just brought me more napkins, until the waitress saw that I was angry she offered a mop, i still had to be seated over a puddle of juice.

This used to be a residential house, a large one at that, and has been tastefully converted to it's new purpose as a high-end bistro.
Although I only had some coffee I look forward to sampling the breakfast menu. Coffee was delicious, though, and the waiters and baristas were attentive and very cordial throughout.
