This is a great place to visit if you want to take in the city and Zen it out. There’s benches at the top where you can sit and see the city and take great photos. Free to visit, no wait, and parking available on the streets. Something I want to mention is that there’s descriptions on this piece of great art on the side. The garden isn’t a big deal because use it needs upkeep and am sure the locals or college next doors keeps it up to date. Wheelchair accessible and stairs need some work.
