Casa Panuco, Casas Mexico — Hotel in Mexico City

I stayed here for 5 nights using Airbnb. Property is not ready to be operational. Rooms have no windowns or ventilation and have major humidity and odor problems. Clothes were damp during my stay, towels were wet all the time, ceiling stays wet with water dropping 24/7. Location is great and the prices too, but if you have allergies or are sentive about cleaniness and noise, its not worth it. Common areas were left unattended with trash, water leaks on corridors - I complained with owner and said I took advantage of the situation. DO...

If you don't mind shared bathrooms, this little place is perfect for you! It's super affordable and it's in a great location because a lot of monuments and historical sights of Reforma are within walking distance. You don't have to go through a lengthy check in process, you just show up pretty much and the room is ready for you. Seré directo: es una casona vieja, arreglada para tener varias habitaciones sobrevaloradas que no ofrece nada en particular. La habitación que me tocó, TENÍA EL APAGADOR DEL BAÑO... DENTRO DE LA REGADERA. El baño incomodo (por el tamaño) el servicio pésimo. El ruido de las personas de servicio empezó a las 7 am.

Fuí a descansar y la televisión no servía. Mi novia estuvo 10 minutos esperando a que le dieran una cobija extra.

Como hotel-boutique, es mejor pagar por un hotel con habitaciones más grandes y cómodas que esto.

Los dueños-chat-recepcionista, no ayudan ni contestan a preguntas directas, mucho menos a una demanda simple de reembolso o solución de problemas. PEOR AÚN, RECEPCIONISTA MENTIROSO: AL HABLAR CON EXPEDIA SOBRE LOS PROBLEMAS, EL ALEGA QUE LA HABITACIÓN, SERVICIO Y DEMÁS ESTUVO TODO EN ORDEN. CLARAMENTE NO QUIEREN PERDER SU PUNTUACION O DEVOLVER DINERO. Su única respuesta fue regalarnos el desayuno en el restaurante que tienen afuera del hotel.
