Stayed for in November for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It's like having your own apartment but someone comes and cleans it. Here is the run down:||Pros:|-Very spacious. Like I mentioned, it's pretty much like a serviced apartment. There is full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and even a balcony. There's not much of a view but it's still nice to be able to sit outside|-Free laundry. Although it's a little creepy because you have to go to the parking garage and it's literally one washer and one dryer. But the good thing is that you don't have to leave the building to go down there|-There's a convenience store and a taco cart right downstairs|-They keep the main door locked at certain hours, which gave us some peace of mind|-One free bottle of wine per stay (at least we had it because I booked through Hotels.com)|-2 free bottles of water per day||Cons:|-Location is a bit far from most areas you'd probably want to visit as a tourist. It's still accessible (for example, the Angel of Independence is about a 10 min walk) but we mainly ubered everywhere. There are restaurants within walking distance but none of the popular restaurants.||Overall, it was a great stay. It was very comfortable and we felt relatively safe. But I think if I were to come back to Mexico City, I would probably stay closer to where all the good...
Read moreI can't say enough about this place. We've stayed here twice now. It's a great, central location. I wouldn't want to have a car here, the traffic is rough, but lots of ecobicis, buses & easy access to Chapultepec & the subway. It's in a business district, which isn't the most exciting, but it's nice because it quiets down at night & it also has incredible street food, breakfasts & lunch meant for the people who work there, not tourists. Great restaurants, walking distance to some great bars.
The rooms are awesome, full kitchen, balcony, decent TVs. They clean them every day. Very nice kitchen setup, we ate a lot in the room because it's got a nice dining room, dishes etc. My only complaint is the coffee, those stupid capsules which are awful imo. If you like coffee bring a French press or go to one of the great coffee spots nearby. Sede is right across the street.
The people who work here are the real highlight though. Javier & Rigoberto were there last year & this year. They're wonderful, accommodating & as friendly as you want. Rigoberto & I practiced English + Spanish with each other for a while. They answer any questions you would have, both speak perfect English & will also humor you while you stumble through Espanol 😂.
All for a very reasonable price, I don't want to stay anywhere...
