HOTEL SONNO PLAZA ALLENDE — Hotel in Mexico City

Rude and unhelpful staff. Rooms were so dirty that one of us got sick. There was a dead cockroach on the bedside table the entire time even after they "cleaned." They never changed the sheets or took out the trash even after we specifically asked them to. Sheets were full of dirt, hair, and random stains. Rooms stank from the trash not being taken out even after we specifically asked. No running water, and when they "fixed" it, we had dirty brown water. Couldn't sleep due to there being a nightclub in the same building blasting music until 3 in the morning as well as the dirty beds. And on top of everything, the understaffed workers were super unhelpful as they weren't trained to do even the most basic things, on top of which they were simply rude and dismissive.

All in all, the WORST hotel experience of my life. You could not pay me enough to stay...

Really nice hotel in a great location close to Zocalo and Palace de Bellas Artes. Service was great and the guy at reception was super helpful. Depending on where your room is might be a bit noisy. We discovered there’s 2 bars hidden in the hotel so some nights it was noisy till late, but loved the vibe. Really nicely decorated rooms and shower....

Me gusta mucho, sin duda volvería a quedarme en siguientes visitas. Todos muy atentos, céntrico, precios accesibles, limpio y cómodo. Me quedé en una habitación Master con aire acondicionado. El jueves llegué a las 2pm, le dije a la srita que sabía que la entrada era a las 3, pero igual y me esperaba a que me dieran habitación. Me dijo que iba a checar si había alguna ya lista, afortunadamente si hubo una y me entregó llaves y control de aire y tv. La única área de oportunidad que ví, fue el ruido del bar antro. Necesitan poner más aislante de ruido en las habitaciones o en el bar para que no salga tanto en ruido. De ahí en más me encantó, pues en el mismo edificio hay un restauransito, 2 como barecitos y 1 antro bar... Pues no hubo necesidad de salir por una bebida y música. Mi calificación es un 9, por...
