Casa Blanca Vacation Rental Home — Hotel in Playa del Carmen

It's tough to find a place to start explaining how wonderful our week here was. Everything I expected and so much more! We were a group of 6 women and that's a tall order to please us all but your staff succeeded and went above and beyond expectations! We celebrated my 50th birthday and arranged a wedding at the house for a couple that had been together for over 35 years but chose this trip to make it "official!" We used the Marias for several meals and everything they made was fantastic, fresh, and delicious! Whatever Ivonne makes it just is not enough! Whatever we had questions about she was quick to answer either by text or just showing up in person! Irma was there every day and we didn't even know she was there. She was so quiet and tried to stay out of everyone's way and clean around us and she did an amazing job! Honestly, that house stayed cleaner than the 5-star resort we normally visit!

The house is so impressive and is spaced perfectly to accommodate multiple couples and still maintain privacy. The furniture is beautiful and in great shape with very little wear and tear if any. We are all from Houston, Texas and our Astros won the World Series while we were there thanks to you having American cable we were able to watch the game at the house. The Sonos sound system is such a nice touch! We enjoyed it every day in the house and out by the pool. The house is so close to the beach we were connected to the WiFi when we were on the beach!

Last, but not least of all, Fili is a gem! Waking up every morning and enjoying my coffee with him and his huge smile while he was cleaning the pool was a great start to my day. He made sure he delivered our ice at the same time every morning along with whatever else we asked him to get us. Your staff works so well together that it's clear they all really like working together and that's so rare and important! We all developed relationships with all of them individually and they're amazing!

We are all planning our next visit to this beautiful house and pray that Ivonne, Irma, and Fili are still there when we do. If I may be so bold as to offer a suggestion that would improve your future guests' comfort...Please think about getting a couple of ceiling fans or hung box fans on the outdoor patio. It would help so much with the mosquitos as well as help keep people cool when there's no breeze.

I am a VRBO employee and I stayed at the Casa Blanca beach house with 12 people to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything about the house and our stay was exceptional, and if I could rate the house and staff with more than 5 stars, I would! Casa Blanca itself is a stunning house, with 4 well-decorated, large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an updated kitchen. It is located in a private, safe and ideal location—right next to a semi-private beach, the Cozumel ferry port and all the 5th street action (food and bars). The house was truly incredible, but what made our stay superior to all other rental experiences I have had, was the staff. Curt, the owner of the house, was so accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with. Alberto, the house manager, greeted us upon arrival and had decorated the house with birthday decorations and flowers—and had even given my husband a bottle of tequila as a birthday gift (talk about hospitality!). We had arranged to have a chef come in the first night to cook a traditional Mexican meal, and the food and fresh margaritas were prepared when we arrived! We felt like celebrities as the staff welcomed us with open arms, served us in the house and provided us with such an incredible first impression of Mexico. There were also maids that came to the house every day to help clean and do our laundry, which was great considering we had such a large group! The remaining time at the house was perfect, as we frequently swam in the ocean, the private pool and BBQ’d in the backyard. Overall, I could not have wished for a better stay in Playa del Carmen—Curt, Alberto and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help plan the perfect vacation for my husband and our friends—and they succeeded. I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Blanca to anyone that is interested in a beautiful home with...

If you are looking for a place to stay in Playa Del Carmen, or in the greater Cancun area, just STOP what you're doing, and Book this place right now!! (You will Not regret it). This place is by far the nicest Vacation Villa/ House not only in the area, but one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! From the moment you, and your group arrive at Casa Blanca you will all feel incredibly welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest.

All the staff at Casa Blanca work in harmony together to make your vacation a truly unforgettable experience. (Worth EVERY penny). They make your stay so fun, enjoyable, and comfortable. From the daily maid & cleaning service (of the whole house!) by Mirna, to the fabulous & positively energetic House Manager: Ivonne, who's there for you for literally anything you need during the whole stay (and even before & after your stay!), to the Pool/ maintenance manager Fili, cleaning the pool and taking care of the outside grounds daily, to the awesome owner Curt, this staff is top notch!

This was my 2nd stay at Casa Blanca, and hopefully through my Review here you can tell how fantastic this place is, and you should book it now while you can!
