STOLEN JEWELLRY. This is the first time I'm ever giving a place one star review. We trusted the place and placed our valuables in our luggage unlocked (which was our mistake) because the locker they provided didn't even open. The maid named Brenda conveniently opened the zip of our luggage and opened the jewelry box and STOLE a ring. After we complained she left the hotel within 10 mins to avoid any questions. We had placed our two engagement rings which look the same and a third ring which is different in the same box, just so that no body would be suspicious she just took the one which is different. How are we so sure about it? I took a picture of three rings in the box and she is the only who came into the room to clean (which we didn't request for). When we complained about it ofcourse they'd say that she is not that kind of a person but we are very sure that she is the one who stole it which is why she left the place right away.
Apart from this we let go of a lot of things- Trash Jacuzzi which never heats up, WIFI worked just only one day in our 5 day stay, construction noise, pet noise, loud music at night, nobody speaks English (which is ok with mobiles having translationbut still),insects and water smell is very obvious.
The owner might reply that this is not true but stay away from this...
Read moreDo not book with Priceline or booking to start. The location looked out of business to me both gates padlocked and no one inside all the lights out. I called and a Mexican lady said she didn’t speak English to call another number. That number didn’t connect to anything. I booked another hotel and ended up double booked. I got a second address from Priceline and there I begged the manager for a refund with few words and he rudely said, “you cannot talk to me like this!” I said, like what? Confused. “Like how you are doing it!” He beat his chest. “You cannot talk to me like this!!!” He curtly announced again. I’d hate to stay here after this display as he was scary, unaccommodating, uncaring, maniacal and rude. A horrible experience finding the right section of the building even with the tiny sign I saw and the double padlocked gates, one to the parking lot and one to the hotel, with no one inside the largest expected section all darkened. I’m suing Booking affiliated with Priceline over this experience at their CT headquarters for my money back. They don’t stand behind...
Read moreWhen we arrived, there was a construction site next to the hotel. They're extremely noisy with air drillers and hammers and busy from 8:00 - 17:00. Our room was just next to the construction, so there was no way to stay in the room or on the terrace throughout the day. Of course the hotel was not the creator of this noice, but this was affecting their service. So when we asked for a small compensation (ordering a breakfast à la carte instead of the poor standard with small portions and zwieback-like bread), they said that this wouldn't be possible without giving any details. They only offered us to change the room, which wouldn't have solved anything as the alternative was still next to the construction. A discount or the like was not offered at all either. Besides this we faced very Long waiting times during breakfast even though there was no one else except us. One time the hotel manager/staff was served first despite arriving later than us. Obviously, service priorities are defined a...
