Great interior design and great location.

Whoever their food wasn’t amazing. I order many dishes and I can say with confidence that this restaurant is more about the vibe than the food. The appetizers tasted reheated or maybe they were frozen. The main dishes were just ok, they whoever had generous portions. The drinks were great.

The service was … confusing. I had two waiters, one was honestly chokingly bad, he was the one who seated me and he didn’t even offer a hello, i even thanked him multiple times and he just ignored me. It was weird, idk if he was having a bad day but he was extremely dismissive as if I was bothering him, mind you this was during lunch hour and there were maybe two or three other tables. He brought me some of the dishes (drinks and silverware) however my appetizers and main dishes were brought to me by another waiter who was professional and offered a great service. I’m still confused, their were barely any people at the restaurant so it’s all pretty odd.

I speak moroccan arabic and french so it wasn’t a case of misunderstanding either.

We’ve always enjoyed the food at Milk and Honey and have been regulars for quite some time — but today’s experience was deeply disappointing. We arrived at 11:30 AM, during peak Sunday brunch hours, and waited over 25 minutes without anyone taking our order.

About 15 minutes in, the manager did come over to say someone would be by shortly with a tablet to take our order. We were not the only frustraed customers.

It’s unacceptable for a popular, busy brunch spot to operate like this. Why do we keep encouraging mediocrity when we should be expecting more? Basic service — greeting guests, taking orders in a timely manner — shouldn't be too much to ask. Sadly, it’s becoming a rare commodity.

We left without eating, frustrated and honestly questioning whether being a loyal customer even...

I don’t understand why people like this place really.

we just wanted to have a delicious breakfast in a beautiful place. there is no limit to my disappointment.

1. the tables and chairs were dirty.

2. They made a mistake and brought pineapple instead of orange juice

3. Double salmon was included in our bill without warning.

4. I ordered salmon and avocado toast. They put a huge amount of onions in it. the greens were sluggish. I couldn't eat it.

5. the salmon croissant was spicy.

Of course, this may be normal. But it needs to be specified in the menu.

the only plus is that we received a compliment from the institution - dessert. They said it was free, but they included it in the bill and tried to take payment. 🤷🏼‍♀️
