NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL — unless you have a YouTube channel and want to record some of the worst hotels around the world. I’m not even going to go into detail about our room because I think the pictures speak for themselves. I’m a very chill guy — I don’t usually care much about accommodations, and I always tell myself, “It’s just a place to sleep.” But this hotel… OMG. It was just disgusting. I booked it through Booking.com. From the photos and description, it looked nice and was marked as a 4-star hotel. But the moment we stepped in, it was disappointment after disappointment. Within an hour of arriving, I asked to change rooms. The second room was better than the first, but still far from acceptable ,The bathroom smelled awful There was no hand soap, no towels, and no remote for the TV. The elevator was painfully slow, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time During our trip, we stayed in various places — hostels, Airbnbs, you name it — and this hotel was by far the worst. Just don’t go here. I just realized i didn’t take pictures of the walls but there were lots of holes poorly painted and lots of broken pieces on the walls

It’s my super worst experience in this hotel first of all when I booked the hotel I send request to Hotel. I need to early checking they give me confirmation by mail then I reach hotel then owner reception. There is one gentleman guy who simply refused very smartly would not give any confirmation even I have confirmation in my phone Second rooms are so dirty washroom door is already broken floor carpet is destroyed very bad thing about. They don’t have drinking water in the room even they don’t have dust in the room. I drop my garbage on the floor. They don’t have any toiletries in the washroom over in all my first impression in Morocco due to this hotel it’s going first more than worst. Only there is one girl on reception. She provide me room on morning 11 AM. She she is very helpful. I am really thankful to that girl is just an average I am not recommended to anyone book this property. One more thing I book on Room Booking.com they give me the different price and Hotel charge approximate 4 euro extra. They are not ready to take same price. They give me the excuse. We have different price in our hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights in two rooms on the 6th floor. there was constant noice of some sort of water pump or motor which kept going on and off the whole night. we had to ask for towers for one room. Room service was done in one room only. No toilet rolls for the 2nd room the next day had to ask for it and got 1 and the receptions promised to supply more later but didn't. the Lift is only for 3 person and we were 4 and needs serious inspection and maintenance. there were fire fighting facilities but the cabinet door for the water pipe opens in the wrong direction and is located in a bit of a corner so in case of fire it would be really difficult to handle it. The beds and bath room were okay for the price and so was the breakfast but for the next time we would rather pay a bit more and stay in a better hotel. The staff were friendly enough for the tip but not more than that. the rooms are just okay but the 6th floor corridor carpet looks seriously filthy and dusty.

This hotel is stated to be a 4-star hotel, but in reality, this is far from the truth. My stay at this hotel was quite uncomfortable as per the following reasons: |- the logistics and organisation were not good, as our hotel room lacked basic needs like cleaning in the bathroom, on the walls, toilet and more. We also needed to ask for towels 2 times before we received them. |- The sink was not draining the water at all, and it took ages before the water was gone. We had to ask the staff to fix it 3 times, and only then a technician came and fixed it in 5 minutes. |- 4 days into our trip we discovered ants running around in the bathroom sink, so we had to try to stop them by plotting some napkins into the hole were they came from |- The shampoo was also needed but only two were provided for the whole stay, and refill was not given|- The room sometimes had a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, and there were mould on the walls |- The smell of the hallway was also quite Smokey and had a bad and old smell|- It looks like they did a good job investing in the reception area with good sofas and new clean walls, but the other part of the hotel is lacking. |- The room phone was also not working at all. |- The breakfast was also quite dry and 90% of the food was desserts of dry cakes, pancakes, eggs etc. The juice was fresh though. |- The housekeeping was good and the cleaning staff did their job well.|- The AC and TV were working but the remotes did not. |- The elevator in the hotel was working but was quite sketchy as the floor of it didn’t feel stable, so it felt a bit dangerous to stand in the middle of the elevator|- There was also a lot of clamour from the neighbours on our floor, and there were quite weird sounds coming from their rooms, which could be heard.|- The keycard of the hotel also only lasted a day, and needed to be recharged every evening.||Overall, the hotel lacks a lot of basic things that a hotel should have and this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel as per the above. I would personally give this hotel 1,5-2 stars. It is quite overrated and I wouldn’t recommend choosing this hotel. After reading the reviews of this hotel, we still had some hope that the hotel would be good, but this was not the case. Don’t trust the reviews of booking.com as the reviews on Google give the full picture...

My stay at the Majestic Hotel in Casablanca was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived with low expectations after reading reviews about bugs in the rooms, and yet, somehow, the hotel managed to disappoint us even further.||At first glance, the room seemed passable, but a closer look revealed that it was filthy and poorly maintained. Instead of fixing the actual problems, they’ve slapped on cheap decorations to cover up the glaring flaws. Our bathroom was infested with ants, there was visible mould on the walls, and one of the walls in the room was damp and reeked of mildew. To make things worse, the room reeked of sewage, and the walls were paper-thin, meaning we could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It took the staff two full days to address a plugged sink, despite multiple requests. Towels had to be repeatedly begged for, and the shampoo was never refilled after the initial two miniature bottles on arrival.||The public areas of the hotel were no better. The hallway carpets were patchy, mismatched, and reeked of neglect. Room signs hung crookedly, and the whole place smelled unpleasant. The elevator felt like a safety hazard, shaking and creaking with every use.||It’s hard to tell if the management simply doesn’t care or if they genuinely don’t understand basic hospitality standards. Either way, their lack of respect for guests is glaring.||The only saving grace was the cleaning staff, who did a good job with the little they had to work with. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the hotel’s overall shabbiness and poor management.||If you have even the slightest sense of taste or standards, avoid this hotel at all costs. Yes, you can survive a night here if you absolutely must, but don’t expect anything beyond that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone....
