Had a very awful situation with the waiters when they started cursing and hitting my friend for no reason literally for buying a beer.. and the bigger problem is that the supervisor was on their side even though we asked him to rewind the camera tapes to see that they hit us and cursed us but he didnt want to.. he just believed his waiters who told him that we disrespected them and threatened them...

😡😡😡😡😡😡 I spent a very bad evening in this place and I advise everyone not to come here at all, the place is very dirty and the addition of the lack of service is catastrophic..... And the guards are the first religion, they want to pleak you when you go out, and the worst is a bar with hooka 😡 here we are in Egypt a lot of smoke and smell, honestly, I will never come back and I do not...

Je tiens à partager mon expérience extrêmement décevante dans ce pub, qui se prétend être un lieu de détente et de convivialité, mais qui, en réalité, accumule les mauvaises surprises.

Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil laisse à désirer : aucun sourire, aucune attention, comme si le client dérangeait plus qu'autre chose. Le service, quant à lui, frôle l'amateurisme total. Le personnel manque de formation, de professionnalisme et surtout de respect envers la clientèle.

Les plats sont arrivés avec un retard inacceptable, sans aucune excuse ni explication. Pire encore, au lieu de se soucier de notre satisfaction, on a eu droit à une tentative gênante de négociation du pourboire. Une pratique déplacée et irrespectueuse, totalement inadmissible dans un pub qui se veut sérieux.

Ce pub souffre d’un grave manque de gestion et d’un profond mépris du client. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit à toute personne en quête d’un bon moment ou d’un service...
