The stuff is very indiscrete unprofessional, no language besides darija is spoken here. What was very stressful and inconvenient to me. The stuff is very unprofessional. Management and cleaning lady talking from early morning to wake you up until evening. Yes the cleaning goes until the evening and until then its a constant laid conversation, I wonder it is still so dirty everywhere. It's incredibly dirty place. The bathroom is something I have not seen before. My stuff from the fridge was taken, I was fast so I cought the manager with my water. The man was very very disrespectful, that's why I left. We had a Double Room in the first floor. In my opinion all the bad reviews don't do this hotel justice. We went here after our first joice had closed at arrival. The host showed us two rooms and we took the cheaper one. It was darker than the other and sometimes you could smell the drain in the bathroom. But if that bothers you just take the slightly more expensive option. Hot water is working (just turn to the right) and if it doesn't, just tell the host and he will have the Gasbottle changed in no time :) We had a great stay here: the rooftop is nice, the Beds are comfortable and the rooms are painted in a comforting blue. It is not far from the Medina and there are a washing saloon and some cheaper restaurants pretty close.
