Place El Haouta is a charming spot in Chefchaouen that I visited in the evening. This very old place is surrounded by beautifully maintained buildings, all painted in the iconic blue that the city is famous for. It’s incredibly picturesque, offering countless photo opportunities at every turn.

Chefchaouen słynie z unikalnej architektury, gdzie całe budynki, ulice i place malowane są na odcienie niebieskiego. To niezwykłe zjawisko sprawia, że miasto prezentuje się jak bajkowy labirynt niebieskich fasad, co nadaje mu niepowtarzalny charakter. Przechadzając się po wąskich, brukowanych uliczkach Chefchaouen, można podziwiać architekturę z epoki hiszpańskiego wpływu, skomponowaną z elementów marokańskiej tradycji. Kolorowe sklepy z ręcznie robionymi wyrobami rzemieślniczymi, zapachy lokalnej kuchni unoszące się z restauracji i przyjaźni mieszkańcy sprawiają, że każdy krok to nowa przygoda. Jest tylko małe ale. Tak można poczuć to miasto jeśli się ma na to czas i odpowiedniego pilota wycieczki. Nam trafiła się beznadziejna pilotka z biura ITAKA z Polski. Wycieczka po tym mieście wyglądała tak: tu jest plac, potem szybki bieg po uliczkach tego miasteczka (głównie pod górkę) bez oglądania, bez zakupów i targowania i powrót na główny plac. Po zakończeniu biegu macie godzinę czasu wolnego na zakupy (które można było zrobić właśnie w tych uliczkach pod górę po których biegaliśmy) lub zjedzenie posiłku. Po wchodzeniu/wbieganiu pod górę w uliczki tego miasteczka cała wycieczka była tak zmęczona, że już nikt nie poszedł z powrotem pod górę na zakupy, a na głównym rynku nie było nic ciekawego poza kafejkami. Tak więc miasto ładne, lecz aby poczuć jego klimat trzeba przyjechać tu samemu lub mieć szczęście i trafić na poważnego i dobrego...
