The worse service and waiters and (MANAGER) except the lady in the reception very bad team, i have arrived at 9:30 no one helped us to get a table i choose a table and there was only one chair i picked the other chair myself the waiter was watching me without any reaction, after that he disappeared for about 10min he came and throw the torn out menus and again disappeared for another 15min , when he came back this time to take the order he refused to serve coffee and hot drinks he said that they don’t accept that type of orders after 8pm and he said now just alcohol and cocktails wich was not mentioned on their menu and he left without any other explanation, i went to the bar to ask the oder waiter why it’s not mentioned he was confused and he said i don’t really know and try to call the other waiter who refused to talk to me, i ask him to talk to the manager he said he’s not here i was leaving and i spoke to the lady in the reception that i need the manager she called him he was just sitting in the table with his friend and he came i was trying to understand from him why they refuse to serve coffee and tea wich are mentioned on their menu he was telling me that in their place in casablanca they even don’t let hijabi ladies to enter wich shocked me, without trying to solve the situation and showed me that he doesn’t care about unsatisfied clients. Poorest experience I’ve had in a while. I went twice once as a hotel resident and another time to see if the first time was just bad luck. The service is pitiful and extremely slow. The staff doesn’t pay attention. To picture you the idea I came at 18h30. Was not attended until 19h01 (yes the minute is important) because when I asked for a coffee it was apparently impossible for them to make one past 19h00. It would’ve been a minor inconvenience hadn’t it been for the attitude of the servers and the wacky explanation that the system doesn’t allow coffees one minute past the deadline they missed due to their speed. Anyways I ordered a desert and had to wait another 20min before I decided to just leave since I never saw the color of that desert. And that poor service happened both times I went there. So avoid it there are plenty of better spots in the same...

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. We arrived and asked politely if it was possible to sit outside in the shade, but the waitress was extremely arrogant and rude, simply telling us we could sit inside instead. We then waited for 15 minutes without even receiving a menu. Another group arrived about 10 minutes after us, and she went to help them immediately while continuing to ignore us.

When we decided to leave, she looked at us and laughed. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The first red flag was that despite its central location in Rabat, it was almost empty. Now I understand why. Horrible service, disrespectful attitude, and complete lack of professionalism.
