The service at the hotel was very forthcoming and super friendly. The room itself was okay, not great not terrible. As the hotel is directly at the street you could hear traffic. The curtains were a little see through which meant the room was never really dark. Unfortunately the water was only hot for one day the next day it was luke warm and wouldn't warm up. A lot of comments mentioned the breakfast being quite good, it's pretty basic don't expect too much. A hard boiled egg, some croissant, white bread and packaged jam and cheese. As well as an orange juice (not fresh) and coffee or tea. All in all it wasn't a bad experience, for one night totally fine for more I wouldn't recommend. One of the highlights is the terrace though, amazing sunset view.

One of the worst stays at a hotel in my life. Ikram (the receptionist in the photo) was incredibly rude to me and lied about the state of the room. WiFi was very poor so I set up starlink. Some men came and broke the cable - equipment costing over €500. Plugs didn’t work in the room, lights broken, toilet broken. Dangerous wires sticking out. When moved to another room they started doing construction above my room - very loud banging and power drills, when I was working all day. No compensation given. The staff lied, blaming everything on me. Then she tried to overcharge me. Really awful experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We chose this hotel due to the reviews. The girl at the front desk, super nice! Looks like we are sleeping in the same sheets as the customer before: blood stains and bread crumbles in it. And the best: we are in the middle of the night, the older male receptionist, seems to be drunk: moving furniture around, coughing and snotting around. Best night in a long time. Hope it was just an exception. Room is ok, Smart Tv, Bathroom is very very small and personally, although clean, I would rather shower somewhere else. :/ also amenities from previous guest.
