Good location, but you can get more modern and cleaner places for much cheaper. The furnishing was very old, kitchen wardrobes smelt like mould, wardrooms in the room was unable to use as they were smelly and dirty. If you are wanting to be at home Sun-Fri then don’t rent here. There is a school on the other side of the road and children are literally screaming all day from 8.45am until 3.15pm, music and loud talks in the microphone. Evenings are pretty quiet. I asked to leave after 3 weeks because it was impossible to bare it. The owner agreed but I was literally forced to leave a good review for the apartment, right in front of her I had to do it. It also explains why so many good reviews are for this apartment so regularly and none are talking about the school. She even told me I cannot mention the school and only then she would give me my refund. The day I was leaving, I went to ask where to leave the key and she literally attacked me why I removed my review, despite it was there! And started arguing with me and that she couldn’t see it. It was a quite upsetting incidence. Kitchen equipments are very outdated, the apartment was also not cleaned properly when I moved in, decided to do my own cleaning later instead of paying extra for the cleaning lady of the building. I suggest to look elsewhere.
If I could give no star for this apartment. Since my friend and family were coming from abroad I googled and found Bliss Apartment. I started looking for the reviews since they got five stars mostly and the Best review the Bliss apartment was on top. I thought it could be the best apartment for my family. I booked the apartment for 60k rupees a month and paid money for a whole month in advance. The owner of the house keeps complaining if any of our guests would come over to the apartment. We planned to change the apartment as well but the owner claims for 4k per night which was not fair according to the price. We even couldn't pay per week which was really disappointed. There are a lot of complaints about this apartment like leakage of water in the washroom, and the smell of greaser gas which is kind of scary. I wouldn't personally recommend this apartment to anyone. If you value your money and if you want the best apartment there are a lot more beautiful apartments that you can get at the same price don't go through a review if you are choosing this apartment because of the review. I regret recommending this apartment to my family. The reviews made by people are fake reviews. This is our true experience in...
