Alice It is a lovely couched restaurant with greenery all around which adds to the serenity of the place has an apt slogan "A place for family". The balanced indoor and outdoor space seamlessly with indoor space flowing outdoor adopts Japanese style of design and decor, while the hall is in traditional Nepalese style which can be used for seminar and conference. Alice Restaurant accommodates more than 160 people at a time. It is a set of flowing water with the fusion of Japanese and Thakali decor and has a lovely play area for the amusement of kids. Specially designed coffee bar at the ground floor is stress reliever with the pleasing sound of falling water and the luring coffee ships like espresso or ice cappuccino. Your evening can turn out memorable with the amalgamation of wine and pasta. The food is a prime specialty at Alice offering, Japanse, Chinese, Italian and Continental cuisines and not to forget our very own Thakali set for lunch and dinner. The food isn't satisfactory.

When you enter the establishment you find yourself with two choices, sit downstairs or upstairs. Either place you choose, it doesn't really matter. I've happened to visit there quite a few times now but never have I ever been satisfied with the food. Whenever we go to such establishments, we would want to spend some time in there and not rush with our food. But the service is so quick that, they should rename their establishment as, Alice Fast Food, not Restaurant. Never have I ever been served food so quickly in a restaurant. The staffs are nice and well spoken, the seating arrangements are nice , but whenever I talk about food, I have never been satisfied with the food. Chefs try different things, some of them work, such as chips chilly and some of them are horrible such as prawn sushi and that green abomination what they call Momo. But the chicken chilly and the one dish with milkshakes and ice cream (I forgot the name) are out of this world..

All in all, the establishment is nice, service is fast but the food is Okey.. not that good...
