Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Night Male Staff

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of your night staff. As a regular customer of your hotel, I had always chosen your establishment for my stays, but the unacceptable attitude and treatment I received recently have forced me to take my business elsewhere.

It is disgraceful that loyal customers are treated with such disregard. The staff’s unprofessionalism not only ruined my experience but also made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your hotel. Because of this, I have permanently decided never to return, and I will ensure that my entire friend circle is aware of this experience so they can avoid facing similar treatment.

This hotel were not like they look on the pictures!!! A very run down hotel. Constantly smelt like smoke as people were smoking in their rooms. This obviously isn’t the fault of the hotel but maybe the unclean environment encouraged people to smoke… The staff were very sweet but the owner/manager really needs to invest in repairs and deep cleaning. My wife and I used hotel Wawa as a home base between treks while in Nepal. The rooms were always very comfortable while staying here across multiple nights and staff were very helpful in watching after our luggage between two different treks. The breakfasts we had there were also very good. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and only about a 250 NPR taxi ride to Thamel and the more active nightie found there.
