My extended stay at this incredible hotel, from June 9th, 2024, to September 28th, 2024, was truly an exceptional experience. As my longest stay at any hotel, I was able to witness and appreciate the high standards and outstanding service provided by the dedicated staff in various departments.

The team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Special mention goes to Rishal, Arjun, and Sheila, who always had a welcoming smile and were more than happy to assist with any queries or requests I had during my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel right at home.

The culinary experience at the hotel was simply outstanding. The talented chefs, Jeetendra and Krushna, created a variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes that catered to all my preferences and dietary requirements. Each meal was a delight, and their creativity and passion for food truly shone through.

Housekeeping and service staff were impeccable, ensuring my room was always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities. I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel in February 2024, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, especially after staying in Godavari the week prior. The hotel itself is incredibly charming, cosy, and clean. The rooms were warm and equipped with a great system to adjust the room temperature. I also enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar, which offered a fantastic ambiance. The food served at the hotel was diverse and always fresh. I had the pleasure of having dinner there twice, and it was delightful.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional staff. Although I can't recall everyone's name, I must mention Sunil, my server, who was incredibly professional and provided excellent recommendations. Additionally, when I needed some office supplies for work, the front desk staff generously assisted me. During breakfast, there were plenty of staff members available to offer assistance, including an efficient lady who prepared custom ordered eggs. From the moment I arrived at the front door until my departure, I was consistently greeted with respect and courtesy. The hotel is not at a touristy place, which was perfect for me, since I got to experience and witness a more "local" lifestyle. At front, you can always ask them to call a taxi, and they will be able to get you local prices, which was very nice. Finally, the hotel is gated and has permanent security guards. I felt in security all of my staying.
