HOTEL BALTIC INN — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

Terrible staff behaviour in Food service and order taker. No Sense of service. Not given what was promised. I was sick asked if they have hot water ans. Yes but in actual not. ||God Bless You OYO.||Morning I asked if they could have hot water. A lady picks call at reception and says that she will arrange. No action.||I called Restaurant as I was said that I can order thru room service. The order taker asked me if the breakfast is comp. after knowing its included he speaks rudely in Hindi language "Kya Room men,,, Restaurant men milega!!" I got agreed and said that I will be coming in restaurant. | |I went to washroom and start getting fresh and took shower with cold water, in mid of my shower someone knocks the door, I asked from washroom, the m|waiter replies in Hindi again rudly "Darwaja Kholo Kya hai" I just took covered myself with towel and open the door thought there is some problem, one waiter with breakfast, I asked what was the reason for being rude, he says he was tired of holding tray. I said that restaurant said to me to come down why did you bring then, he replied that they thought to serve in room. Serves wrong tea in my table and again comes after couple of minutes without asking. changes tea.||I called reception a lady named Mamta picks the call and I asked for manager to speak, she replies what the problem cause of hot water, I said no its not only hot water let me speak to manager. Later again a waiter came and asked what the problem was, I said I need to speak to manager and the reply I got the manager will come.||No once came.||It might be a nationality issues cause only they were rude while using Hindi language. I should not be partial but Hindi speaker dont book this hotel, they will not be able fully to communicate in English and while speaking Hindi they...

It's a fraud.. This hotel is definitely doing wrong practice of cheating it's customer. We booked the hotel online and mentioned early check in at 4am. We reached the hotel first the reception guy didn't want to get up from sleep n the guard was dealing with us. They made us wait for 1 hour and then told us that there is no room available with them. I told them that now then at that time also it is showing available and if we had already booked it on line they said have our booking. They kept on denying and at the end they made us book the hotel with them directly so that they can charge us extra. Since it was an odd time we had to pay them. The room are in worst condition. Our room wasn't even clean .There was a used towel in our room. Moreover since our breakfast was included at breakfast timing were till 10am, we reached the resturrest at 9.30 am and they told us nothing is available and just gave us 2 parathas in a plate.When I asked them the reason the guy was very rudr and misbehaved. Pathetic hospitality. The staff there is rude and incentive. They don't have any information about their surrounding, can not guide anyone and doesn't understand Hindi and English. They just know how to charge you extra . Had such an horrible experience. Never expected...

never in my life I have reviewed the hotel in such a bad way. you are at your own risk if you Book this hotel. it’s the most terrible hotel in whole Kathmandu, you are not safe the staff is poor in terms of service and the way the service has to be done, I was given somebody else’s room who hasn’t checked out yet and the fun is there was an altercation on room allotment, do you believe that such a pathetic system. I asked for the noodles in the evening and trust me you will not even like to touch it. in the morning there is no warm water and if the temperature or there is raining happening you got to use the cold water. in the night you would be hearing all kind of songs dirty voice around creepy in a way. stay away.
