I tried this restaurant by seeing the reviews. The food is okay but service is: terrible, awful, appalling, frightful; hideous, grim, ghastly, shocking, revolting, repulsive, horrid, horrendous, horrifying, repellent you name it. I have never been a KarenâI donât complain, and always give tips but not today. Here are the chronologies: when I was eating one of the staffs stared at me until the eyeballs almost dropped on the floor it was so creepyânot only once but twice, that was why I moved to sit next to my another friend. After finished eating uncomfortably, we asked for a bill and the another staff threw it on the table. When he gave the change he didnât even say thank you and simply left without words, literally was so rude. I was surprised my friend even talked to the manager, she usually lets go of things. But Maâam saying thank you is basic knowledge. Also staring at someone without blinking and showing rudeness while taking order is impolite. The server wearing the glass was too rude while taking order. The service was too slow as well. We are paying you guys money for the food and service. When we left we saw the manager talked to the staffs but sorry it was our 1st experience and we...
Read moreIt's popular and I don't need to write more about it's service and hospitality. I rarely visit here but when I visit I find something different happening with me and my friends. Food items are as per Thakali Menu. You can request if you want other added taste. To warm up your metabolism you will be first offered a glass of warm water as complementary but you can ask for another if you cannot quinch your thirst with a single glass of water. Drinking water is good for health.
Place usually gets crowded but you can find your comfortable space as it covers huge space.
Service is satisfactory. Waiters remain busy but you can ring service bell which can be available almost alongside of every table.
Price rates are not expensive and applied as per menu.
Keep your belongings safe with you. Anything can happen anytime at anywhere. Be Alert. I lost my keys but I don't blame them.
You can get good service, taste, hospitality and digest...

At first I was extremely suspicious as as was with my friends travelling to Nepal for the first time. The visit was perfect till then and I didn't want to ruin their experience at the end. The reason being so many namesake thakali place which offer awful food.
But when we entered we were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, well decorated and the stewards had dress code. The place was crowded but They managed 3 tables for us as we were 12 in total.
Since we were many people I thought they would take a long time. We had to wait but not as long as I had expected.
The food quality was great. It was really tasty and all of my friends enjoyed it. We had Chicken Thali. The price was reasonable for the quality of food and service they offer.
The curd (dessert) was awesome.
Will definitely visit here whenever I get a chance.
My request to the owners - Maintain this quality and you...
