Hotel Bhagwati Inn — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at Hotel Bhagawati Inn. Despite having a valid booking, I was forced to check out before my scheduled time without any reasonable explanation.

What was even more shocking was the manager’s behaviour. He made racist comments about my skin colour, wrongly assuming I was Indian, and verbally abused me. I am Nepali, but regardless of nationality, no human being should face such discriminatory and degrading treatment.

The staff showed zero professionalism, no hospitality, and absolutely no respect for guests. This kind of behaviour is not only unacceptable, it’s deeply hurtful and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management.

I’ve stayed here for a night and had to extend for a day use too. Chick in and Check out was smooth. Very courteous service by the guys from reception. Room was well designed, comfortable and advance.||Only I had a bad experience with the food quantity. Probably it was the most expensive dish called bhagawati special (Nrs. 1120) that I ordered. Upon placing a order through RS I was told “it’s a good for two persons” and what I received was completely different. Just in a small plate and not even complete items as it mentioned in menu.||Overall great hotel, just need some workout in F&B quality...
