I got the Asus Expertbook 1400C. Was sceptical at first but the purchase process went smoothly. Four tech ko dai listened to my queries and replied to my questions and didn’t get bothered even if I called several times. Also I even got a gift with the laptop.

Pros: All the specs are there as mentioned in the sites, 24gb ram 3200Mhz, - 1Tb nvme ssd, intel i5 1145g7, fingerprint, - backlight Light weight, The screen is better than expected with a 1080p ips panel. But while playing game (dota 2) the colour seems to be abit washed away. Battery backup is about 3-4 hours max with normal usage. The noise cancelation feature of the mic was impressive for me.

Cons: Thermals seem to be on the hot side.

Remarks: Had a problem with the battery at first where the battery won't reach 100% but after a couple of charges now it reaches 100% which was weird but solved for now. Loving the portability Enjoying the touchpad. Keyboard is fine, but they have these Arabic letters embedded in the keyboard, which I don't mind. Also the hinge is called the Ergolift hinge, which I am not a big fan of as it looks risky, but I guess for now it does the work.

Overall I trust fourtech for the laptop purchase and I plan to buy future laptops from them as well. And would happily recommend my friends and family to take a...

Good genuine product but i experienced poor customer care. Pasal packed nai thyo i understand mero simple kaam thyo laptop ma aru laptop kinne manxe were more important.

But last ma mero sabai kaam sakkera pin matra screw garna baki huda he left my laptop unscrewed to eat his snack. Maile already 2 hours wait garisakya the teti ta bujhnu parxa ni.

It would be good if you guys focus on quick customer handling.
