I checked into this hotel for a day in a one person room (room no. 102). The room given to me was quite dark, no or only little sunlight could enter the room as there was only one window, outside of which was rubbish and old stuff stacked. The TV in the room was not working at the time, and even on putting the request, the TV or its connection couldn't be fixed. There was no supply of hot water in the bathroom at the time. The bed was uncomfortable, as it wasn't attached to wall, there was a gap between the bed and the wall, so practically there was no place to rest the head or support the body properly by leaning backwards on the wall. Rooms were fabulous, Service persons were good but the breakfast charge was too costly, for a pair of bread and jam they charged Rs.140, Food was devastating, rice was not coocked well, it was smelly, the next day I suffered from indigestion. The manager was irritating , time and againg asking about food. Room service persons were good and friendly. To check water taps hotel should do in the presence of guest but when the guest leaves for work they ask the Room key showing reason to check water taps...
