Authentic Nepalese Flavors & Outstanding Hospitality – 10/10!
If you're looking for truly authentic Nepalese cuisine, this place is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting ambiance. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and efficient.
Now, onto the food—absolutely phenomenal! The Momo's were some of the best we've ever had, bursting with flavor and perfectly steamed. The Jhol Momo's took it to another level, with a rich, aromatic broth that was simply addictive. The Chilli Paneer had the perfect balance of spice and texture, while the Sadeko was packed with bold, tangy flavors that kept us coming back for more. The Rotis were fresh and soft, pairing perfectly with every dish.
Everything was fresh, authentic, and made with love. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant, including spotless toilets, added to the overall excellent experience.
A solid 10/10—highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Nepalese flavors! We'll...
Read moreWe just arrived in Zaandam from England, we had arrived late and were hungry. We saw this restaurant on google and decided to give it a try. The restaurant closed at 9 and by this time it was 8. We rang up the restaurant and asked if we’d still be able to get served and they assured we would. We arrived at 20 past 8. Staff were very friendly and very attentive. Our food came quick and we ordered a lot of food, despite the kitchen closing they were still very happy to make it for us. Place is very clean and really beautiful interior. Great for pictures. Our food came leaving us 15 minutes before closure. The presentation of the food was amazing. We were really impressed. The lamb was amazing and tender. The prices were very reasonable. We just want to say thank you for having us. You made our first...

Similar experience this time- food was decent and service could be improved even though there were total 3 tables (total 6 customers). I was expecting the vegetarian thali to have a starter, main, bread/ rice, side+ dessert as it's served in most other restaurants. But that wasn't the case. There was poppadoms, small amount of salad (just carrots and cucumber), rice, dal, small amount of fried potatoes (which weren't even Nepalese or Indian), potatoes and cauliflower side dish and small bowl of lentils. The chicken madras ordered separately was excellent though. Next time I'll get takeout since the food is decent and it's hard to get a good curry...
